How do you give a big group of jobseekers a real sense of what it is like to work for your organisation? And how do you attract talent that has potential, but doesn't quite fit yet?
At the Werkfestival meeting is not just about talking, it is also about doing.
This is not a standard job fair, but a dynamic event with a strong focus on practical professions. You will meet jobseekers with a hands-on mindset and give them an interactive introduction to your organisation and the work. Does this sound appealing to you? Then join us on Tuesday, 23 June, at the Werkfestival 2026!
Here, you will have the opportunity to actively engage jobseekers and let them experience what it is like to work for your organisation. No long presentations or conversations at standing tables, but learning through practice. For example:
- a practical demonstration or trial assignment
- a mini workshop or short training
- an interactive introduction to your profession, team or working environment
You decide the format. We are happy to think along with you about what best fits your organisation and target group. Would you like to offer a workshop to a larger group? Let us know and we will explore the possibilities together.

Depending on your ideas and contribution, you are welcome to arrive earlier to set up. This time will be communicated to you later and we will provide a light lunch.

The venue is easily accessible by public transport and conveniently located near the A44 motorway. There are 150 free parking spaces available. Part of the parking area will be used as a demonstration area for companies with larger equipment. Last year, for example, visitors were able to take part in a skills challenge using an excavator.

We will then contact you to briefly discuss the details together. This helps us prepare the event properly. After this conversation, you will receive a final confirmation of your participation.
